  1. Just a quick note i guess in regards to the delay in our music releases. Due to the Christmas Festive Period, things have been placed in "Go-Slow" mode. We do apologise for the delay but its something we cant do much about and sincerely sorry for any inconvenience. We are patiently waiting, the same as you all, for things to resume back to normal so our music will released and should become available throughout many different outlets. Soon as we know or hear anything you guys here will be first to know. 👍🏽 thank you for your patience we appreciate all of you and your support ❤️ -BrotherKris
  2. 👋 Meet Brother Kris – Founder of Hype-HQ Hey everyone, I’m Kris Brown, a 50+ year old Aboriginal Australian man , born in Balmain and raised most of my life in a small Central Coast town called Gwandalan, NSW. I’m a proud father of four amazing kids who’ve all grown up and started families of their own. For the last 15 years I’ve been a single dad, focused on raising my daughter the best I could. Now that she’s out there building her own future, I finally have time to reconnect with my creative side and share a bit more of myself with the world. I’m an eccentric artist (like most artists 😅). My father, John brown comes from the Dhungatti and My Mother, Roslyn Brown comes from the Darkinjung peoples of Australia, and I love expressing that culture through my work — painting, airbrushing, graphic design, music, video production, and storytelling. Art and creativity have always been my way of keeping culture alive and connecting with others. The Dunghutti (also known as Thunggutti, Dhanggati, or Dainggatti) are an Aboriginal Australian people from the Macleay Valley region of northern New South Wales. Their culture is deeply connected to their ancestral lands, encompassing coastal, freshwater, and mountain areas, and includes a rich heritage of ancient sites and art. Dunghutti people maintain their culture through local groups, art, language, and traditions, and they have a Prescribed Body Corporate to manage native title claims The term "Darkinjung" can refer to two things: the Darkinjung Aboriginal Land Council, an organization in the Central Coast of NSW, or the traditional Darkinjung people who are believed to have died out in the late 19th century. The modern land council represents the interests of Aboriginal residents in the area but does not claim to be the traditional custodians, as their members are from various Aboriginal groups. The traditional Darkinjung people were the original custodians of the Central Coast area for thousands of years, with their heritage including archaeological sites, and they had a close relationship with the neighboring Wanangine peopl 🌏 Why I Created Hype-HQ?Hype-HQ isn’t some business venture or corporate brand — it’s just one regular Aussie battler’s dream to bring back a real sense of community in an online world that’s become way too controlled, commercial, and politically correct. I wanted to build a place where anyone — from any background — can hang out, share ideas, make friends, laugh, vent, and just be themselves. No judgment. No censorship. No “Big Brother” breathing down your neck. Just good people supporting good people. A place where you can talk about anything — the highs, the lows, the personal, the creative, the crazy — and feel like you belong. 🎵 The Music:Alongside the community, we’ve got our YouTube channel, where Brother Kris & The Westside Boyz Revolution share 100% original music that covers everything from kids’ songs to adult comedy and hard rock. We’re always experimenting with new genres and collaborating with other musicians to keep things fresh in what’s become a pretty repetitive music scene. 💭 A Personal NoteI’ll be honest — I’ve always struggled with social anxiety and connecting with people face-to-face. It’s something that’s held me back for a long time. So in a way, Hype-HQ is part of my own personal therapy — a way for me to regain my courage and open up, meet people, and rebuild confidence through creativity, community, and conversation. If you’re someone who also finds it hard to “put yourself out there,” then you’re not alone here. This is a place where we can all grow, share, and support each other at our own pace. If You ever stumble into Hype-HQ — welcome, my friend. Grab a seat, share your thoughts, have a laugh, and remember: this place is Built by REAL people, Funded and kept alive by REAL people. (No corporate funding or sponsorship we pay for it personally because we love our community) if youd like to donate to help keep this website community going, that would be appreciated BUT NOT REQUIRED. all funds from donation go back directly into this site to help pay for ongoing maintenance and hosting fees Cheers & God Bless Us All – Brother Kris
